In 2014, over 15,000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people enrolled in higher education courses throughout Australia, with over 2000 graduating and receiving their qualifications in their chosen field of study.
Further to this, over 146,000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people were enrolled within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, which includes TAFE’s, Schools, Community Education Providers, Private Training Providers and Enterprise Providers.
You are invited to share your story… which ever part of the journey you are on. Come be inspired to Think Your Way!

No matter whether higher education is in your past, your present or part of your future, share your dreams, share your experiences and share how you think big about your future and what you can do for yourself, your family, your community and your country.

- You are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander

- Your story does not specifically name people in a negative way
- Your story does not disclose personal information about other people
- Your story is not more than 300 characters long
- Your story does not contain negative or foul language
All stories submitted to Think Your Way will be moderated before being published. If your story does not meet the publishing criteria we will be in touch via email. You will receive an automated email once your story is posted on Think Your Way. Thanks for sharing your story.
